We handle your labels (including Smart, PL, and EU). Our system ensures accuracy – if there’s an error, we’ll ask for a new label.

No, we work only with companies.
If you run a business in Poland, you do not need to be VAT registered. If your business is based in another EU country, you need to have an active EU VAT number that can be verified in VIES.
For each order you submit, you will receive an invoice with 0% VAT — we sell to you, and you sell to your customer. You are responsible for VAT payment.
No, simply contact us and we will verify your company. Sending an order for processing means you accept the terms and conditions.
The entire process takes about 30 minutes — you can start selling the same day.
We accept all orders only through Base Connect. We do not support other order submission methods.
The catalog provides: full descriptions in PL/EN, photos, specifications, current stock, and wholesale prices.
The entire product catalog is available online through Base – we do not provide a separate XML file.
Our system will automatically request you to generate and send a new correct label.
We process all orders using the labels attached to the order (Smart, PL, EU). We do not ship packages with our own labels.
We will notify you by email the same day. Enable automatic stock updates in Base to avoid this issue.

All changes are updated in real-time — everything works fully automatically.

We charge a flat service fee – from 1.5 PLN net or 0.35 EUR. Details in the terms and conditions.
You’ll receive a link to the Przelewy24 payment at the start. There’s an option to switch to trade credit and receive weekly summaries + invoices with a payment term.
As a wholesaler, we do not accept returns. You handle returns and complaints on your side – you make the final decision.
If the product is faulty, contact us at: kontakt@ikable.pl. Describe the defect and send photos. If the complaint is justified, we will replace the product or issue a refund.
You have 30 days from the date of order fulfilment to make a claim.
All products are covered by the standard manufacturer's guarantee,the duration and conditions of which may vary; we do not provide additional guarantees.
